DESIGN IS: Investing objects and spaces with significance as well as providing beautiful form. 

In his 30-year career, Jonathan has designed and built over a million square feet of office tenant improvements, over 40 restaurants (Riccalto, Vendemmia, MOD Pizza, Palaminos, Kincaids); several retail TI’s, a multitude of custom homes, art studios, wine tasting rooms, clubhouses, mid-rise condo buildings, and four landmark historical restorations.
